Eco Smart City is the project developed by Maa Land Group and marketed by Novesta Group. Maa Land Group ( Maa Land Developers Pvt. Ltd.) is a 12 years running company has developed more than 150 projects in New Town.

Eco Smart City is the biggest project is now developing in Kolkata.  Maa Land Group was established on 2012 and determined to create the largest town ship in City Of Joy. From 2012 to 2020 we have completed accruing more than 
150 Bigha lands then standard the developments. We have 3 different types of projects, Phase 1 - Banglow Township, Phase 2 - High rise Tower, Phase 3 - Education Hub. 
In Education Hub Pre School to College 
everything will be there. In Banglow Township Health Centre will be there. These are the main USP of our projects, Director Souvik Kuila Said. 
Managing Director Saroj Kumar Giri said, the project will be completed within 2024 and it will be grand success 
as per our planned project. Booking has been started and today we are doing the lottery today.  3.6 Cr. Winning prizes will be distributed among 36 winners.
